Custom Recruitment Ltd has a candidate and vacancy referral scheme that will reward you for helping us grow our business. Refer either a candidate or vacancy* we will say thank you by rewarding you with vouchers from a selection of leading companies. The value of the vouchers offered will be dependent on the level of the candidate or job referred. *Terms and Conditions: 1. The vouchers are from a set list of retailers chosen by Custom Recruitment. 2. Payment for your referral candidate will only be made after the candidate has completed 12 consecutive weeks within a Custom Recruitment client vacancy. 3. Payment for a job referral will be made after a candidate placed by Custom Recruitment Ltd has successfully completed 12 weeks of work in the specific role referred. 4. Candidates that are already registered with Custom Recruitment Ltd in the preceding 12 months will not be eligible for referral. 5. Jobs that are already active with Custom Recruitment Ltd will not be eligible for referral |
